When can I expect shipping?

Allow 1–2 business days for processing after authorization, then an estimated 4–6 business days in transit after dispatch. See Shipping Policy for delivery details.

Can I return an unopened choice or report damage?

Eligible new, unused non-defective items and defective or incorrect items can be considered for return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Get approval before mailing. The free prepaid label comes in the package; there is no restocking fee. Read Refund Policy.

What follows refund approval?

We process and initiate the original-method refund within 10 days after approval. Bank posting can follow later.
