From authorization to delivery

Following payment authorization, we normally prepare an order in 1–2 business days. Carrier travel after dispatch is estimated at 4–6 business days. The stages are separate and neither is a guaranteed arrival date.

If tracking stalls, the parcel arrives damaged, or a delivery scan appears without the parcel, email mamaaframaikudi@gmail.com. Include the order number and tracking details so we can investigate.
