Refund Policy

Returns and exchanges are available for eligible new Bachan's items, including both defective and non-defective merchandise.

Eligibility and how to request

Request help within 30 days after delivery at mamaaframaikudi@gmail.com. A non-defective item must be new and unused. Damage, defects, wrong or missing items, and material description errors can also be reviewed; a problem item need not itself be undamaged.

Provide relevant photos for a problem item. Wait for approval and the precise return address before mailing. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; contact us if it is missing. There is no restocking fee, and exchanges depend on review and stock.

Approved refunds

We process and initiate an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 days. Posting by the bank or provider may take additional time. Applicable consumer rights remain intact.
